Welcome to Italy the Land of the Mystique! On arrival at Rome airport a private car transfer will take you to your hotel in Rome. Check-in at hotel. Overnight in Rome

Breakfast in the Hotel. The morning proceed for your Classical Rome city tour - Crossing Piazza della Repubblica with the Fountain of the Nayads, our local guide will take you on a pleasant stroll through the historical centre, where you can admire the Trevi Fountain, La Colonna di Marco Aurelio, the Palazzo di Montecitorio, designed by Bernini, the Pantheon (visit inside), Palazzo Madama - seat of the senate, and Piazza Navona. Passing alongside Castel S. Angelo the bus will leave you close to the Vatican City. Having admired St. Peters Square where you can hear all the guide has to say about the Basilica, you will then have the chance (except when there are religious celebrations) to explore this magnificent church on your own and to admire masterpieces such as Michelangelos La Pietà and Berninis bronze canopy before rejoining the bus. In the afternoon, proceed for a tour in this Imperial City starting from Piazza Venezia with its impressive monument dedicated to King Victor Emanuel II and the Unknown Soldier. You then continue on foot to the famous Piazza del Campidoglio designed by Michelangelo from where you will have a fantastic view of the Roman Forum. Our coach will continue by the Circus Maximus and the Pyramid of Caius Cestius before arriving at the Basilica of St. Paul outside the walls* (visit inside). The tour will be completed with a stop inside the imposing Colosseum. Return to the vicinity of your hotel. Time at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel

Today after breakfast in the Hotel, you proceed to Florence which is one of the most beautiful and ancient cities in Italy and the world. Check-in at hotel. In the afternoon proceed on a splendid excursion through the fertile and picturesque Tuscan countryside to the historic university city of Pisa, famous for its architectural beauty. Upon arrival in Pisa, you get a guided walking tour of Piazza dei Miracoli, with the celebrated Leaning Tower (exterior), the Baptistery (exterior) and other important monuments. This is followed by a visit to the interior of the Cathedral, Free time at your disposal. Back to Florence. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, depart to Venezia, La Serenissima, Queen of the Adriatic, city of canals and palaces. On arrival at Venice, check into the hotel. In the evening take a Gondola ride. Get captivated by the glamour and elegance of the city and its magnificent palaces and churches facing the Grand Canal. Evening is free to explore the city on your own. Overnight at the Hotel.

Today after breakfast, proceed to Alilaguna's Pier at St. Marks waterfront, embark on a motorboat and visit the Island Murano, where one can watch the antique art of making glass. Then one proceeds to the characteristic Island of Burano, with its strong colours and light contrast, fisher island and renowned for the lace making. After this continue to Island Torcello with its old Cathedral and its atmosphere of remote Venetian past. Return to St Mark's Square. Day is free and at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel.

Following an early breakfast its time for you to pack and make you will be transferred by chauffer driven car to the train station to catch your train to Lucerne which is 7.5 hrs away with a train change at Milan. On arrival into Lucerne, make your way to the hotel. Check in & relax. The rest of the evening is free for you to walk around the city and later tonight you could enjoy authentic swiss dinner and music at the Stadtkeller dating back to the 12th century. Overnight in Lucerne.

Enjoy a cruise on Lake Lucerne from Lucerne to Alpnachstad, then up to the Pilatus by the steepest cogwheel railway in the world (from June to End Sep, during the winter you take the bus from Lucerne to Kriens & further with a panoramic gondola from Kriens to Pilatus.) Spend time at leisure. Overnight in Lucerne.

Wake up this morning following which its time to take the train to Interlaken. Upon arrival make your way to the hotel and check in. Later in the evening make your way to the Harder Kulm, which is celebrating 100 yrs of Swiss Tradition this year. Enjoy a romantic evening there with aperitif served specially for you. If you arrive here on a Thursday evening, you can also enjoy some traditional Swiss music. The trip up the mountain in the funicular is quite spectacular. Overnight in Interlaken.

Following breakfast this morning its time to head to the station and head off to the Top of Europe ? to the Jungfraujoch. Snow and ice is guaranteed 100% round the year. Upon arrival at the top, you can walk around on the glacier; spend time in the Sphinx there looking at all the peaks around you. On a clear day you can see as far as the Mont Blanc (of France) !, visit the Ice Palace and finally enjoy a hot meal in the restaurant there. Later in the afternoon take the train back to Interlaken and the rest of the evening is free for you to either walk around town, shop at Bucherer or any of the shops there else depending on the day of the week, you could also enjoy a Dinner cruise on the lake. For those who would like to gamble away, the famous Casino Kursaal awaits you. Overnight in Interlaken.

Wake up to breakfast this morning following which its time to make a trip to Schilthorn by the cable car. Your first stop is the car free village of Murren where we recommend you get off, enjoy a cup of coffee and then proceed up to the peak. This is also the place where the famous James Bond movie was shot. You can enjoy some continental or Indian food at the 360 degree revolving restaurant up there. Later in the evening its time to return back to Interlaken but a strong recommendation is a stop at the Trummelbach Falls en route. Overnight in Interlaken.

Your Swiss holiday comes to an end today as you pack, check out of your hotel and make your way to the train station to Zurich airport which is around 2 hrs 15 minutes away. Hope you enjoyed your lovely holiday!!
